If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Nora’s Dream Creations, you can return it within 5 days of receipt for a store credit to apply to another jacket. Jackets must be in their original condition to be accepted.  Since each item in our inventory is unique, jackets cannot be exchanged for the identical item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns. Please reach out via the contact page if you have any questions and to request return shipping instructions.
